Personal Response I chose the short legend cap of Minnesotas case which is written by Willa Cather. In her short story, she tells the story of a young boy named bang-up of Minnesota. Paul was a eerie boy. He struggled to separate himself from his common, usual life and the people he shared it with. Paul value the opulence of the theater, the gallery, and the riches. When he effected it wasnt possible to ingest these things, he threw his life away. In Pauls mind, there was a conflict between pursue a personal lust and choosing to conform. He was not rich, solely he dreamed of a rich life. on that point were some clues that giveing Pauls desire.
